These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Peptidings.com, the Peptidings newsletter at peptidings.substack.com, and any related services, pages, or communications operated by Peptidings (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Peptidings reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted on this page. The “Last updated” date above indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. The Nature of the Content

Peptidings is an educational publication about peptide research. Every article, guide, newsletter issue, and other piece of content on the Site is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this Site is medical advice. No content on the Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. No content on the Site is a recommendation, endorsement, or prescription to use any compound, protocol, dose, stack, or intervention.

Peptidings does not establish a patient-provider, client-attorney, or other professional relationship with any reader by publishing content. Reading the Site does not substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider, and you agree that it is your responsibility to consult one before making any decision about peptide use or other health intervention.

Individual circumstances vary, and no content on the Site accounts for your specific medical history, medications, conditions, genetics, or risk factors. Do not rely on the Site as the sole basis for any health or medical decision.

2. Research and Community Reporting

Peptidings reports both published research literature and observational community practices. Both categories are reported, not endorsed:

Published research is summarized with citations to primary sources. Peptidings does not represent that summaries are exhaustive, that cited studies are free from error, or that results will generalize to any individual.
Dosing in self-experimentation communities is reported as anthropological observation—what readers can find discussed in online forums, subreddits, and messaging channels. This reporting is not a recommendation that anyone use any reported dose, route, or protocol.

You agree that you will not treat observational community reporting as validated protocol, and that any decision to act on such information is your own decision, made at your own risk, and without reliance on Peptidings.

3. No Products Sold by Peptidings

Peptidings does not sell peptides, pharmaceuticals, supplements, compounded medications, research chemicals, or any other products intended for ingestion, injection, or topical application. Any link from the Site to a third-party vendor is not a sale by Peptidings.

Some links are affiliate links, meaning Peptidings may receive a commission if you purchase a product or service after clicking the link. Affiliate relationships are disclosed on the Affiliate Disclosure page and typically marked with a “/go/” URL prefix. Affiliate relationships do not influence editorial assessments on the Site.

4. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site may link to third-party websites, services, or products. Peptidings does not control third-party content and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, or terms of any third-party site. Linking does not imply endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk and subject to the third party’s own terms and policies.

Peptidings is not responsible for the conduct, claims, pricing, quality, safety, or fulfillment of any third-party vendor, supplier, physician, compounding pharmacy, clinic, or other provider mentioned, reviewed, or linked on the Site.

5. Assumption of Risk

Peptide use, stacking, injection, dosing, and self-experimentation carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: adverse drug reactions, infection, injection site injury, interaction with medications, allergic reaction, hormonal disruption, organ stress, unknown long-term effects, regulatory consequences, and financial loss from counterfeit or contaminated product.

You assume all risk associated with any decision you make based on content you encounter on the Site. You agree that Peptidings is not responsible for any consequence, harm, injury, loss, or damage of any kind that results from your use of information on the Site.

If you are a current patient under medical care, you agree that you will not make changes to prescribed medications, dosing, or treatment protocols based on Site content without direct consultation with your prescribing provider.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Site. The Site is not intended for, and Peptidings does not knowingly direct content to, anyone under the age of eighteen. If you are under eighteen, do not use the Site.

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least eighteen years old and legally able to form a binding contract under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

7. Permitted Use

Peptidings grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your personal, non-commercial, educational use, subject to these Terms.

You may quote short excerpts of Site content with attribution and a link back to the original Peptidings page, consistent with customary fair use for commentary, criticism, research, journalism, and teaching.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Republish, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from Site content, whether in whole or in substantial part, without prior written permission from Peptidings.
Use automated tools, scrapers, bots, crawlers, or similar technologies to harvest Site content for the purpose of republication, training machine-learning models, reselling, or any other commercial use, except as expressly permitted by the Site’s robots.txt or a written agreement with Peptidings.
Use Site content to market, label, promote, or support the sale of any peptide, pharmaceutical, supplement, or compounded product.
Misrepresent Site content, remove attribution, or present Site material as your own.
Interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or availability, including through denial-of-service activity, intrusion attempts, or unauthorized access.
Impersonate Peptidings, its founder, or any contributor, or otherwise represent that you are authorized to speak for Peptidings.
Use the Site in any manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including articles, guides, illustrations, photographs, icons, logos, page layouts, the evidence framework, the verdict system, and all original editorial material—is the property of Peptidings or its licensors, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

“Peptidings” and the Peptidings logo are trademarks of Peptidings. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice that complies with Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to the contact address listed on the Site. Peptidings will respond to valid notices consistent with the DMCA.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEPTIDINGS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

Peptidings does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, available at any particular time, or free from viruses, worms, or other harmful code. Peptidings does not warrant that any content is current, accurate, or complete as of the moment you read it; scientific evidence evolves, and older articles may no longer reflect the most recent research.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptidings disclaims any liability arising from your reliance on Site content for any health, medical, fitness, regulatory, commercial, or personal decision.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PEPTIDINGS, ITS FOUNDER, CONTRIBUTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF PEPTIDINGS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF PEPTIDINGS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS () OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID PEPTIDINGS DIRECTLY, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptidings, its founder, contributors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, judgment, settlement, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any decision you make, or action you take, based on Site content.

13. Newsletter and Email Communications

The Peptidings newsletter is operated through Substack, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to receive email communications from Peptidings and to Substack’s terms and privacy practices. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly and no later than required by applicable law.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15. Termination

Peptidings may terminate or suspend your access to any part of the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution—shall survive.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allen County, Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Any claim against Peptidings must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it is permanently barred, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies linked from the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptidings with respect to the Site.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that provision or any other provision. Peptidings’ failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
