The disconnect between what we know from animal and lab studies and what we actually know from human clinical trials — for many research peptides, this gap is the most important fact about them.Animal model results predict human outcomes imperfectly and sometimes not at all. This is not a theoretical concern — most compounds that show dramatic results in rodent models fail to replicate in humans. The human studies gap is the central limiting factor in evaluating the majority of research peptides. When community discourse cites rat studies as evidence of human efficacy, or in vitro cell culture data as evidence of clinical effect, the human studies gap is being ignored. This site documents the gap explicitly for every compound where it exists.I↑ Top
